For over 40 years I have enjoyed serving and walking alongside individuals, couples and families who have experienced loss, conflict and life changing events. I have extensive experience in guiding and mentoring couples in distress. Additionally, I have passionately taught and overseen the powerful Re/Engage program that assists in reconnecting, reigniting and resurrecting challenged marriages.

My wife and I have been married for over 40 years. We had no pre-marital counseling and were left to figure out this wonderful but difficult adventure called marriage without many tools. This has led me to be passionate about equipping engaged couples for God-honoring and fulfilling relationships by employing guidance, counsel and implementing the tools of pre-marital assessment with professionalism and clarity. It has been a privilege to have officiated and mentored over 350 couples.

My service history as a Student Ministries Pastor, Christian School Pastor, Middle School teacher and an Elementary Principal has given me a heart for guiding and directing children, parents and families with emotional and familial challenges.

For many, their faith and spiritual life is the centerpiece in their search for meaning and healing. Suffering, grief and loss are life changing events for all of us. My past service and years of experience in pastoral care and spiritual direction supports my work with grieving and hurting people who have encountered deep life changing loss.
